英才中学的老师们都不是一般人物，阴影张老师（钟楚红 饰）化名卫斯我，阴影业余时间写作科幻色彩的英雄小说。校队教练石常飞（钟镇涛 饰）暗恋张老师，苦于没有打开局面的机会。化学老师朱育乾（郑则仕 饰）痴迷制作药品，妄想开发出变帅的药物令同校的马老师（夏文汐 饰）属意自己。朱育乾的助手——29岁的大龄中学生刘班（王晶 饰）喜欢同学嘟嘟（李丽珍 饰），可无奈自己这一款并非对方中意。刘班在帮助朱育乾制作药物时盲打误撞调制出一批超人药，朱育乾吃下后变身兽人，而石常飞吃下后却拥有了神力与特异功能，石常飞化身超人打抱不平，更多次搭救张老师和学生们于险境。但好景不长，一伙恶徒打起了张老师的注意，更希望夺得石常飞的超人药……

回复 :《比佛利拜金狗2》虽然不像首集一般安排上戏院放映，但製作规格各方面也都比照当初的电影，同样是运用电脑科技让狗狗们开口说话演戏。本片的故事内容则是接续原本的第一集最后，叙述终成眷属的吉娃娃伴侣 Papi 和 Chloe 如今共组家庭，但是他们的冒险可没有因此结束喔！没多久五隻小狗狗们 就报到了，Papi 和 Chloe 成天开始忙著应付这些小鬼头，防止他们闯祸，给人类主人以及邻居带来不必要的麻烦。而且他们的挑战还不仅於此，这次虽然没有翻山越岭，但即使在比佛利本地也会面临许多冒险，面对一隻娇娇狗的挑衅，吉娃娃们还必须登上狗狗名模伸展台，让比佛利狗狗时尚界大开眼界！
