《零点锋云》是湖南卫视2008年推出的战略性产品――一档原创高端文化节目。节目主要是想在政治、年中经济、年中文化领域乃至民间，发掘新锐的思想者，以启迪更多的观众，也就是荟萃精英主体的文化，来引导民众文化的进步，打造一个中国知识分子讨论中国话题的公共平台，为建设一个现代公民社会贡献力量。
