回复 : 辛迪（郑文雅 饰）完成了在美国的深造，返回香港，来到了一间未成年人管教所当指导员。袁和平（袁洁莹 饰）、罗敏儿（李丽珍 饰）、陈阿琴（温碧霞 饰）和无脑（陈嘉玲 饰）是她手下的四名女童犯。这些尚未成年的女孩子们虽然表面看来清纯可人，但实际上却各个拥有着复杂离奇的身世。在一次偶然中，罗敏儿爱上了皮划艇教练大卫，这段恋情遭到了双方家人的强烈反对，辛迪从中调解，充分尊重了罗敏儿和大卫的自由意志，最终促成了一段情缘。之后，辛迪又在循循善诱之中解决了陈阿琴和父亲长久以来的误解与矛盾。让辛迪没有想到的是，袁和平竟然是自己同父异母的妹妹，而她为了帮助负债累累的无脑给自己惹了一连串的麻烦。
