CID的王警官(万辛良)是一名负责稽查毒品的警员。阮世强曾经是一个精明干练的杀手。阮世强的儿子及现任女友的妹妹都被黑社会的毒贩引诱吸毒而死。因此他十分痛恨香港毒贩。并且商业巨子的利用下开始追杀香港两大贩毒帮派的头目。王警官本是负责追查阮世强的，韩日但看到阮所做的都是在帮助正义和警方。非但没有把阮缉拿归案，韩日而且帮助阮一起与毒贩抗衡到底，形成了虎豹小子的好搭档……

The police are there rounding up radicals who frequent the center - Hoffmann runs into the building and ends up being shot in the head. He awakens with brain trauma, partially paralyzed and unable to speak. The police accuse him of stabbing an officer; the radicals herald him as an innocent victim of police brutality. During his slow recovery at the hospital, Hoffmann must piece together his life and struggle to remember the events of that night.
