四个从农村来到大城市打拼的难兄难弟，上班正当开设的公司蒸蒸日上之时，上班主人公颜子然却被诬陷谋杀和洗黑钱等罪名，被警方追捕和黑帮追杀逃亡中偶遇灵魂运营公司的御魂阴阳师，得到了可以换魂重生的体验，可是也有一定的代价，为了找出真相的他，在几次换魂中一直遇到各种搞笑、惊险刺激和香艳的际遇，同时也得知一切源于幕后黑手的操控，颜子然能否成功脱险和还自己清白呢？
