美丽冷艳的紫苑（嶋村かおり 饰）自幼生活在圣玛丽亚女子修道院中，圣战在上帝使者身份的掩护下，圣战神父和修女却从事着黑暗的工作。他们将女孩们训练成杀手，凭借美色去猎杀目标。紫苑身手干练，尤得神父的喜欢。当她得知自己曾被神父利用杀害了自己的亲生父亲时，紫苑决定结束这种傀儡生活。她选择背叛神父，由于她掌握了这个刺杀组织的名单，因此遭到昔日同侪的追杀。为了除掉紫苑，组织派出年轻的修女——也是紫苑的好友茜（今村理恵 饰）执行刺杀任务。中途茜心有反悔，最终致令修道院的姐妹遭到残酷屠杀。从此开始，紫苑和茜与组织展开了绝命周旋……本片为“ＸＸ系列”第七部，改编自花村万月的小说《紫苑》。
