电影讲述网络漫画作家智友（盛骏 饰）探访废弃公寓光林Mansion时发生的怪异而恐怖的现实向故事。《怪奇宅》由5个怪谈故事组成，云彩以《楼层噪音》《霉菌》《电梯》等现代人都能体验到的日常素材为基础，云彩给人以有密度的恐惧感。这也是盛骏退伍后的首部公开作品。《怪奇宅》首先院线上映，其后自7月30日开始将通过Olleh TV、Seezn和Skylife平台依次公开。

回复 :After years on the run, the mystery man known as "Trick" is back, but not on his own terms. Trick finds himself trapped in a cage with four other hostages - all of them paralyzed from the neck down. When Trick realizes that one of the other hostages is an old foe, Detective Epperson, the two begin working together to uncover the connection between them and their captor - a masked man they suspect is the infamous Deathstalker Killer. Meanwhile, Agent Bobby Church of the FBI is investigating Epperson's disappearance and discovers the detective vanished while he had been following a lead in the Deathstalker case. The search soon has Church crossing paths with Epperson's former partner, Scott, himself looking into the abduction of his friend, Olivia. After Scott and Church discover cellphone pictures of Olivia in the cage with both Trick and Epperson, they know they must race against the clock to find the location of the cage before time runs out, and the hostages are executed one-by-one.

回复 :陈国明（吴镇宇 饰）和莫心怡（朱茵 饰）是一对夫妻，新婚燕尔的两人感情十分要好。一次意外中，心怡的头部中弹被送往医院急救，好在大难不死。可是，好不容易从漫长的昏迷中醒来，心怡的生活中却开始出现各种各样奇怪的幻觉，更诡异的是，在心怡的幻觉中死去的女人，竟然在现实中真的被杀害了。心怡住进了精神科，而身为警察的国明正忙于调查一宗疑点重重的谋杀，在勘察作案现场时，国明震惊的发现死者起死回生，将他送往医院后，院方告诉国明，伤者急需输血，可是他的血型却极为罕见。巧合的是，心怡拥有和伤者同样的血型。国明前往妻子的病房，然而，在紧要关头，心怡却神秘失踪了。
