该片讲述一群年轻大学生在毕业前夕为了调研，捍卫与友人开启的纪念大学时光之旅。五女五男来到风景秀美、捍卫被开发商破坏导致的荒岛。无意间打碎了蛇蛋，从而被巨蛇追杀。在这个过程中经历友情与爱情的考验后，最终只有一男两女逃脱巨蛇的屠杀的故事。
