该片根据2005年山口雄大与山本淳一执导的科幻恐怖片《人肉机器》改编，毛片讲述人类与神秘生命体寄生的怪物战斗的故事。催债人野田勇次是个连定额任务都无法完成、毛片就算被上司欺负也不敢吱声的中年男人。而且他被医生告知患了癌症。就在他生无可恋之时，一个神秘的生物寄“unit”寄生在了他身上。被“unit”寄生的人，最终都会丧失人格，变成人肉机器。但是，不知为何，勇次没有完全被机器化，为了保护心灵深处存有的自我意识，他一次次与人肉机器人们展开战斗。
