一个神秘电话，精品亮子在即将踏进婚礼殿堂的一刻，精品突然放弃婚礼逃跑了。他要找初恋情人司恬。司恬因为受伤失忆已经不认识亮子，亮子为了唤起司恬的回忆，把自己装扮成以前的模样，不断追求，和司恬渐渐擦出火花。亮子未婚妻娄薇薇和父亲娄大富抓住了亮子，要把亮子押回去完成婚礼，亮子跳窗出逃。大款韦格想娶司恬，司恬不从，韦格绑架了司恬父亲胁迫司恬。亮子和追踪自己的娄薇薇、娄大富解救了司恬父女。司恬昏迷住进医院。亮子接受现实，答应和薇薇回去结婚。司恬在医院苏醒，找不到亮子，开车去追。在江边，司恬追上亮子的汽车，亮子和司恬拥抱在一起。亮子也不知道，司恬抱着的是过去的亮子，还是现在的自己。
