A female teacher (Lee Yong-ae) gives shelter to an escaped convict, but her husband, misconstruing her intentions, reacts violently and accidentally stabs himself to death in the process. 回复 :日本女星栗山千明确定在导演筱原哲雄执导的新片《播种的旅人 传说的故乡》中担当女主角，栗山将首次扮演政府官员角色。这是栗山继《GS乐园》（2008）之后，时隔6年再度在电影中担当主演。另外，人气影星桐谷健太、三浦贵大、丰原功补、谷村美月等个性派演员也将联袂出演。该片以第一产业农业为主题，是2012年上映的由阵内孝则主演的《播种的旅人》（已故导演盐屋俊）之后的第2弹。栗山扮演从美国回到日本的农业水产省官员神野惠子，为了了解日本农业的现状，惠子以地域调查官的身份前往澹路岛调研，在岛上与青年农民丰岛岳志（桐谷健太饰）和渔民丰岛涉（三浦贵大饰）兄弟俩相遇，由于父亲的去世令丰岛兄弟之间产生矛盾，通过惠子与兄弟俩的耐心沟通，二人的心结逐渐被解开。
