回复 :都春美是人气很高的演歌女明星，繁重的工作给她带来了很大的压力。终于有一天，春美再也受不了现在的生活了，她选择了一走了之。在散心的途中，春美邂逅了寅次郎（渥美清 饰），趣味相投的两人一见如故，一起度过了一段无忧无虑的快乐时光。最终，公司的经纪人还是找到了春美藏身的地方，他们带走了春美。虽然回归了往日的生活，但是寅次郎带给春美的快乐足以支撑她继续走下去了。一段时间之后，春美来到了柴又，想要向寅次郎道谢，可是此时的寅次郎正在外奔波，并不在家，在留下了自己演唱会的门票后，春美离开了。在演唱会上，春美是否能够再一次与寅次郎相见呢？

She must plan her journey to Switzerland before her rapidly advancing disease makes it impossible. The question of whether we own our own lives or whether they own us is the primary impetus behind this documentary portrait, which shows that death can be good despite the sadness that always accompanies it.
