波克Box（陈海亮饰）的公司蝙蝠科技出现了始料未及的技术危机，中文字幕他请来了前下属叶行嘉（雷鹏宇饰）及其团队解决了危机，中文字幕随后波克提出了高薪收编团队及其技术“伏羲”的要求，而叶行嘉的执念在于将一直沉睡的“伏羲”唤醒，所以拒绝了波克的请求。随后，叶行嘉创业团队的二当家杰西（祁汉）却擅自向波克介绍团队和技术，达成了并购意愿。与叶行嘉青梅竹马的投资人凯西Cathy（姜佩瑶饰）一直在暗中帮助叶行嘉摆脱波克幽灵般的纠缠，可是波克还是挖走了叶行嘉的团队。对叶行嘉来说，“伏羲”是他的全部，而今他已经一无所有，坠入人生低谷。历经种种情感的纠结，叶行嘉终于找到了唤醒伏羲的钥匙……
