剧情简介
自身の青春時代をつづった小説をもとにした2009年公開作「ドロップ」で長編映画監督デビューを果たした品川。その後も「漫才ギャング」「サンブンノイチ」「Zアイランド」などを手がけてきた。「OUT」は「ドロップ」で水嶋ヒロが演じた“狛江の狂犬”こと井口達也を主人公とした後日譚で、大雨17歳になった井口が地元を離れて新たな仲間とともに過ごす壮絶な青春の日々が描かれる。
