科尔、西洋泰勒兄弟二人受黑帮一头目要挟，西洋枪杀了摩托党老大罗德里格，之后负伤驾车逃亡。逃到一公园地下停车场，泰勒失血过多死亡，科尔打急救电话求救。执勤救护车搭档杰克·卡特、佐伊二人接到传呼台命令，赶到停车场，找到科尔后即将离开，却发现追杀科尔的摩托党徒阿朗索、迪肯及其女友也尾追过来。为救科尔，佐伊被阿朗索枪杀，杰克随即卷入凶杀漩涡……
