1943年初春，春暖日伪集结两万余人，春暖对兴化抗日民主根据地进行了春季大“扫荡”，妄图消灭新四军在兴化的主力部队。为了粉碎日伪阴谋，新四军主力奉命转移，只留下赵鹏飞的新四军武工队，配合地方武装开展斗争。武工队截获了一份敌人的详细作战地图。怎么把这份地图送到主力部队的手上？赵鹏飞的武工队经历了常人难以想象的困难……赵鹏飞最终将布防图送到新四军主力处，新四军主力依靠情报取得大捷。赵鹏飞开始奔赴新的战场。
