节目是由应急管理部消防救援局进行指导的全景沉浸式消防体验真人秀节目，丝袜视频近距离走近“蓝朋友”的酸甜苦辣，丝袜视频以第一视角叙述真实温暖的消防员的故事。节目中6位艺人“消防新生”用汗水和真诚浇灌热血青春，共赴一个与英雄同行的约定。在10期的节目中，“消防新生”与素人消防员同吃同住，经过严格的训练，从最初的努力适应、成长为可以与同伴并肩出警的消防员，历经蜕变，完成自己的英雄梦想。
