回复 :20世纪70年代末80年代初，中国大地百业待兴。某工厂高级焊工老铁（李幼斌 饰），为人耿直、业务精湛，全厂上下都对他甚为折服。他先后收了两个徒弟，谢思雨（吕行 饰）和欧阳水（郭家铭 饰）。谢为人沉稳，但心机颇重，欧阳则忠厚老实，乐于助人。偶然的机缘，老铁还收了令他颇为头疼的小徒弟许风（夏雨 饰）。许风的父母在他很小时便远赴非洲援建，由于疏于教导，因此许风有如脱缰野马，惹祸不断。后来父母在非洲牺牲，许风被特招入厂，却依然不见消停。即便成为老铁的徒弟，他和两位师哥乃至师傅之间也经常发生摩擦。岁月流逝，这些质朴的工人上演着各自的人生悲喜剧……
