威叔是擅长治鬼的术士，少女道行十分高深，少女在业内享有很高的声誉。孤苦伶仃的小花是威叔的养女，天赋异禀的她拥有通灵之力，常常在坟场里和鬼魂们谈天说地，好不自在。威叔的一帮损友嗜赌如命，连累威叔欠下了巨额赌债，被黑社会追债的威叔走投无路，于是逼迫小花卖身替自己还债。某日，亭亭玉立的小花惨遭威叔和他的四个朋友的侮辱，悲愤交加却又无力抵抗的小花意外得知做摄青鬼能够替自己报仇雪恨。小花含恨死后果然化作厉鬼，她杀了威叔的三个朋友，却因为威叔的治鬼之术而拿他无能为力。于是，小花找来了好友亚鸡，在他的帮助下最终完成了复仇心愿。

He warns a disbelieving Chuck that an evil scourge is about to descend on the city of Los Angeles - the scourge of the TRAMPIRES - a mutated hybrid of vampire and tramp.
