本片是由约翰．霍夫导演的《逃出女巫山》的续集，渚美是一部相当杰出的神秘冒险片。描述两个具有超感能力的小兄妹，渚美乘飞碟自女巫山来到地球渡假，不料大哥东尼让一个野心的科学家劫持而去，并且控制了他的思想和行动，要他前往原子弹工厂加以破坏，从而勒索五百万巨款。其妹则藉心灵感应一直追寻他们的行踪。最后在危急关头，让娣亚用超感能力把科学家甘农手中的思想控制器破坏，解除了原子弹爆炸危机。本片可以说是一部儿童版式的成人娱乐片，片中大量采用成人片的趣味注入儿童世界，让这一代的早熟儿童与影片产生共鸣。
