城中富豪稚子方俊朗(谭真一 饰)被绑架，戴洛CID探员赵展龙(黄宗泽饰)凭著一丝线索和无穷的精力，戴洛追踪绑匪戴少男(邓健泓 饰)至酒店。追查期间，碰上女记者唐晶(郑欣宜 饰)，因冒失莽撞，不是弄得展龙焦头烂额。案情未有突破，却又因一名酒店外籍住客确诊患有“新型流感”，牵连全幢酒店被当局下令即时封锁隔离，展龙亦被迫困在酒店内。原定酒店将会举行珠宝拍卖展，盗贼情侣拍档易早安(马浚伟 饰)、汪贾瑜(郭羡妮 饰)分别以泰国华侨富商及上海阔太假身份进驻酒店，觊觎马拉珠宝商人徐福生(于洋 饰)、钱家燕(林漪其 饰)夫妇手上的钻石。可是却遇上酒店被隔离，事出突然，令盗宝行动功亏一篑，二人亦被困酒店内。隔离期间，展龙被编配跟早安同房，为了方便查案，展龙只有掩饰身份，对早安自称是健身教练。于是一个兵，一个贼，被迫住在同一房间内……
