电影讲述史老爷被大瓜气死，免费大哥大嫂将大瓜夫妇赶出家门。一次偶然大瓜夫妇误食了十胎药，免费大瓜生下五个孩子：冬瓜、南瓜、西瓜、地瓜、黄瓜。同一时间，花花亦生下五个兄妹：哈密瓜、香瓜、苦瓜、窝瓜、丝瓜。由宝药化身的十兄妹，各俱凡人所不能的本事。山王想要吸取十兄弟的精气便于修炼，于是招找上门，想抓十兄弟，十兄弟和山王斗智斗勇，山王屡战屡败，搞的山王晕头转向在十兄弟的努力下，家里的生活越变越好，大哥和打扫得知，便前来找事，想要收回田地和牛，十兄弟整惨大哥大嫂，大哥大嫂狼狈一身回到家里。山王使出绝技，吸取众小妖之力，绑架了大瓜和花花，十兄弟为救父母，顶破了法力的封层，最终打败山王，把山王封印起来。
