土豪王大亨日渐年长，欧美希望早日娶妻生子。下属为了讨其欢心，欧美找了一个姑娘阮氏敏做他老婆。阮氏敏起初并不知情。王大亨与阮氏敏婚礼当晚，阮氏敏落跑。随后阮氏敏在婚礼摄像师曹瑞的协助下，逃离了王大亨的家。在逃跑过程中，阮氏敏被王大亨手下的人围追堵截到无路可逃......没想到这一啼笑皆非的背后竟是王大亨手下阿蟹为了自己私欲设下的局。阿蟹的所作所为早被边防武警盯上，并在时机成熟时将之拿下。阮氏敏在逃跑过程中逐渐与曹瑞产生感情，一段跨国爱情就此展开。
