尾行琳（水树奈奈 配音）的母亲是一位著名的芭蕾舞演员，敢死母亲优雅的身姿深深的映在琳的眼眸深处，敢死琳以成为和母亲一样的芭蕾舞演员为目标开始了努力。然而，一场大地震夺走了母亲的生命，之后，琳又因为受伤而再也无法跳芭蕾，无奈之中放弃了梦想。琳进入了武藏野文艺大学，成为了校园中的新鲜人，某日偶然之中，琳来到了“Rideback部”门前，推开门，见到了名为菱田春树（上田佑司 配音）的男子以及一台“Rideback”，这一瞬间，琳的命运被改变了。成熟稳重的基弗（森川智之 配音）、大大咧咧元气满满的片冈珠代（朴璐美 配音）等人接二连三的出现在琳的身边，他们同为Rideback的骑手，拥有同样澄澈向往自由的灵魂。
