在挚友翠莎意外猝死后，千夜迪芭比西继续他在殡仪馆担任化妆师的工作，千夜迪同时也边发展选美斜槓人生。正当他以为一切已重新步上轨道时，又有悲剧发生了！愧疚的芭比西决定重拾他的分身「巴比」，以直男的形象展开新生活。另一方面，前任的归来与翠莎前男友的示爱，也让他一个头两个大！面对接踵而来的大小事，芭比西和巴比能否成功接招？
